Thumb screws for custom loops
These aluminium 6-32 thumb screws carry the Bitspower logo in a deep red finish. They replace the standard case or radiator fasteners found on many custom water-cooling builds. The knurled heads allow tool-free installation and removal during loop maintenance.
Logo detail aids identification
The embossed Bitspower logo on each head lets builders confirm genuine parts at a glance when multiple screw types are mixed in a parts tray. Deep red anodising matches the brand’s signature accent colour across fittings, reservoirs and tubing. No extra washers or adapters are included in the pack.
6-32 thread limits compatibility
The Unified coarse 6-32 thread fits common PC case side panels, fan mounts and radiator flanges but will not engage M3, M4 or 8-32 threaded holes. Builders using metric-threaded chassis or server rails must source different hardware. Aluminium construction avoids galvanic corrosion with nickel-plated brass fittings.

Questions about this item
Will the aluminum thumbscrews strip or corrode if I remove them repeatedly for maintenance?
The screws are made from aluminum with a 6-32 thread; aluminum is softer than steel so repeated removal can wear the threads, but the material resists corrosion in normal indoor use.
What is the first limit I hit when tightening these thumbscrews by hand during a long build session?
The practical limit is finger torque on the 6-32 aluminum threads; over-tightening by hand can deform the threads before the case standoffs reach their limit.
Do the deep red thumbscrews add noticeable heat or noise when the system runs all day?
No, the aluminum screws are passive fasteners with no moving parts or electrical function, so they generate neither heat nor noise during continuous operation.
