SKU CH-XMV5-Q0SBA

A 1U unshielded patch panel with 24 CAT6 punch-down ports, a 16-gauge metal frame and flash gold contacts

  • Reliable network performance with CAT6 jacks meeting industry standards
  • Durable 16-gauge metal frame protects connections in rack environments
  • Flash gold contacts ensure long-lasting signal integrity
  • Flexible mounting with included 12-24 and 10-32 screws

24-Port CAT6 Patch Panel

This 1U unshielded panel arrives fully populated with 24 CAT6 jacks. A 16-gauge metal frame provides rigid mounting in standard racks. Flash gold contacts maintain low resistance across every connection. Supplied 12-24 and 10-32 screws fit common rack threads.

Installers needing shielded or higher-density panels

The unshielded design does not protect against strong EMI environments. Only 24 ports are available in the 1U space, so larger deployments require additional panels. No cable-management bar or labelling strips are included. Buyers needing integrated grounding or tool-less jacks should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 24-port version or a smaller panel for my 1U rack space?

This panel fits a single 1U slot and provides 24 CAT6 ports, so you get maximum density without needing extra rack units.

What does the 16-gauge metal frame mean once the panel is mounted in a rack?

The 16-gauge steel gives a rigid chassis that resists flexing when cables are punched down, keeping all 24 ports aligned for reliable connections.
