24-port 1U rack-mount adapter

This Black Box JPMT1024A panel fits a standard 1U rack space and provides 24 RJ-45 ports for structured cabling. It is built for network administrators who need a high-density termination point in server rooms or wiring closets. The unit meets RoHS environmental standards and carries a lifetime limited warranty. TAA compliance supports government and education procurement requirements.

Who this suits

Installers running copper links to a 24-port switch will match port counts without wasting rack units. Buyers who need fiber connectivity or shielded ports should look at other panels because this model only offers unshielded RJ-45 openings. Anyone requiring angled or tool-less jacks must choose a different product as those features are not included.

Deciding specification

The single figure that determines fit is the 24 RJ-45 ports in 1U of rack height. If your patching plan calls for exactly two dozen copper connections in one rack unit, this panel matches that density; if the count differs, the panel will not align with your design.
