Server accessory 25-pack

The Black Box Corporation LGH008A is a 25-pack of blue Category 6 modular jacks designed for structured cabling installations. Each jack supports universal wiring schemes for Gigabit Ethernet over twisted pair. The components are RoHS and WEEE certified and carry a one-year limited warranty.

Installers terminating Cat6 links

This pack suits technicians who need a volume supply of component-level jacks for patch panels, wall plates or surface-mount boxes. It does not suit buyers looking for pre-assembled patch cords, keystone modules with integrated shutters or shielded jack variants.

25 jacks per pack

The single specification that decides fit is the quantity: twenty-five Category 6 jacks in one package. That count determines whether the pack matches the port count of the current termination job.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports are operating at 10/100/1000Base-T after installation?

Connect each port to a Gigabit switch or tester and confirm the link LEDs negotiate 1000 Mbps full duplex on all eight ports.

What does the 25-pack contain and are any mounting rails or cables included?

The pack includes 25 blue CAT6 component-level jacks; rails, patch cords and tools are sold separately.

Which version should I choose for a 1U rail-mount panel that needs 8 ports per unit?

Each LGH008A unit provides exactly 8 ports in a 3.5" high rail-mount form factor, so one unit fills a single 1U slot.
