SKU CH-GZM6-5NB63

  • 48 RJ-45 ports plus 48 RJ-11 ports in a single 1U panel
  • No punch-down required — cables plug straight into feed-through jacks
  • 19-inch rack width fits standard relay racks and cabinets
  • High-density layout keeps 48 connections inside one rack unit
  • Lifetime guarantee backs long-term reliability

High-density 48-port feed-through panel

The Black Box SpaceGAIN panel fits 48 ports into a single 1U rack space. It accepts both RJ-45 and RJ-11 connectors for mixed networking and telephony needs. Installation requires no punch-down tools, saving time during deployment. The unshielded design suits standard office and data-room environments.

Capacity and headroom

Forty-eight ports provide dense connectivity for large patching fields within one rack unit. The feed-through architecture eliminates termination work, so moves and changes stay fast. Headroom ends when shielded cabling or Category 6 performance is required. The panel does not support fibre or higher-speed copper standards.

Lifetime guarantee and mounting

A lifetime guarantee covers the panel against defects for the duration of ownership. The 19-inch width mounts directly into standard relay racks or communications cabinets. No specialised brackets or accessories are bundled with the unit. Buyers needing shielded ports or pre-terminated cables must source them separately.

Questions about this item

Will the 48 RJ-45 ports accept the Cat5e cables already terminated in my rack?

Yes, the 48 RJ-45 ports are standard Cat5e feed-through connectors, so existing terminated patch cables plug straight in without re-termination.

How can I verify every one of the 48 ports is passing traffic after installation?

Connect a cable tester or network analyser to each RJ-45 and RJ-11 port; a successful link light and passed wire-map on all 48 channels confirms correct operation.

Does the 1U panel ship with the 19-inch rack screws and cable-management brackets needed for mounting?

The panel includes the 1U 19-inch rack-mount frame only; mounting screws and any cable-management accessories must be purchased separately.
