700TVL Varifocal Camera for Outdoor Security

The Bluecctv CMD3470D uses a 1/3" Sony CCD sensor to deliver 700TVL resolution. A 2.8-12mm varifocal lens lets installers adjust the field of view on site. Twelve IR LEDs provide illumination up to 100ft (30m) in low light. The camera accepts both DC 12V and AC 24V power.

IP66 Vandal Proof Housing for Exposed Mounting

An IP66 rated enclosure protects the internals from dust and heavy rain. Vandal proof construction resists physical tampering when the unit is mounted within reach. Dual voltage input simplifies wiring to existing 12V DC or 24V AC supplies. The fixed form factor suits permanent outdoor installations.

Questions about this item

What video standard does the 700TVL sensor output over?

The camera delivers a 700TVL analogue signal through a standard BNC connection, so the practical limit is the resolution of the connected DVR or monitor.

What mounting hardware or bracket is required to install the vandal-proof dome?

The IP66-rated dome base includes screw holes for surface mounting on a wall or ceiling; no proprietary bracket is needed beyond the supplied fixings.
