Slim Letter-Size File Organizer

This Blueline Baleine-1389 box stores letter-size documents, notebooks and magazines in a compact 5.31 x 12.2 x 9.84 in footprint. The two-pack design suits home offices or workspaces that need portable, stackable filing without a cabinet. Corrugated paper core gives structural rigidity while keeping the unit light enough to carry by hand.

Corrugated Core With Steel Handles

A strong corrugated paper core supports the contents during daily use and the stainless steel handles on front and back resist rust during normal handling. The slim profile slides onto shelves or under desks without protruding, and the material stays quiet when the box is lifted or set down. No powered components mean zero heat or noise in operation.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous full capacity the corrugated walls maintain shape and the steel handles carry the weight without bending. Label stickers stay adhered for content identification over time. The box is not designed for outdoor exposure, heavy stacking beyond its own height, or legal-size folders; buyers needing wider storage or weather resistance should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the flat-packed box and where is the step most people miss?

Fold the corrugated panels along the scored lines, lock the bottom tabs, then attach the two stainless-steel handles with the supplied rivets before loading files.

What part will need replacing first if I use the box daily?

The label stickers wear out or fall off with frequent handling; keep the spare sheet or use a permanent marker on the box surface.

At what load does the slim box start to bow under sustained weight?

The 5.31×12.2×9.84 in corrugated core is rated for letter-size hanging folders; exceeding a full drawer of paper causes the sides to flex.
