Neutral Floor Cleaner for Acrylic and Tile

Boardwalk 956500-39ESSN is a low-foam liquid cleaner formulated for acrylic and tile floors. It removes dirt and grime while preserving a high-gloss finish without leaving a dull film. The tangy fruit scent freshens the area during routine maintenance. Supplied as two 3-litre bottles per carton for commercial cleaning teams.

Sustained Use on Hard Floors

The preset dilution of 1:256 reduces preparation time and ensures consistent results across large floor areas. Low foam cuts rinse cycles, so crews cover more ground without frequent tank changes. The formula protects the acrylic coating through repeated daily cleaning without build-up or haze. Labour savings accumulate over extended cleaning schedules.

Replaces Multi-Step Floor Care Routines

This single product replaces separate cleaner, maintainer and rinse steps for facilities with acrylic or tile surfaces. The jump is worth it when staff want fewer chemicals on the cart and faster turnaround between shifts. Not suited for carpet, unsealed wood or stone that requires pH-specific treatment. Buyers needing a disinfectant claim or a fragrance-free option should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the Tangy Fruit cleaner produce much foam when left in an auto-scrubber tank all day?

It is a low-foam formula designed for machine use, so foam stays minimal during extended runs.

What dispensing equipment is needed to hit the preset 1:256 dilution?

A proportioning system calibrated to the 1:256 ratio — such as a wall-mounted dispenser or portable dilution control unit — delivers the correct mix automatically.

Will this liquid dull the high-gloss acrylic finish on tiles installed in 2021?

The cleaner maintains high-gloss acrylic finishes and leaves no dull film, so it is safe for acrylic and tile floors of that vintage.
