Ideal for Food Service Operations

These 16 oz paper food baskets serve restaurants, concession stands and catering teams that need a low-cost, single-use serving option. The clay-coated paperboard resists moisture so sauces and grease stay contained. Each carton delivers 1000 trays, keeping high-volume lines stocked without frequent reorders.

Simple Setup and Common Pitfalls

No assembly is required; trays nest together and pull apart in seconds for quick service. The main issue is overfilling beyond the 1-lb capacity, which can cause the sidewalls to bow and leak. Store cartons flat in a dry area to prevent the paperboard from absorbing ambient humidity before use.

Capacity Drives Suitability

The 16 oz volume determines whether the basket matches your portion size; it holds roughly one pound of food such as fries, sandwiches or fried chicken. If your menu calls for larger servings, these trays will not suffice. The single-compartment design also means they cannot separate items like a combo meal with sides.
