Paper Cup Sleeves for Hot Drinks

These kraft paperboard sleeves fit 10 to 20 ounce hot cups and come in cartons of 1200. They are designed for cafés, offices and events that serve hot beverages and want a simple way to protect customers’ hands from heat. The snug fit keeps the sleeve in place while the drink is carried.

Insulation Without Extra Cups

The paperboard material creates a barrier that reduces heat transfer so the cup stays comfortable to hold. Using one sleeve removes the need to stack two cups together, which cuts material cost and waste. No power, noise or thermal management is involved because the product is a passive paper accessory.

Replaces Double Cupping and Loose Wraps

Businesses that currently double cup or use loose napkin wraps can switch to these sleeves for a cleaner, faster service flow. The jump is worth it when volume is high enough that the per cup saving and speed of application outweigh the cost of keeping a carton on hand. Buyers who need reusable or insulated mugs will not be served by this product.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the BWK1020SLEEVE onto a 10-20 oz cup, and what is the step people often miss?

Slide the sleeve over the cup until it sits flush with the rim; the step often missed is making sure the seam faces away from the hand so the overlap does not catch.

What maintenance or replacement will these paperboard sleeves need during daily service?

They are single-use paperboard; each sleeve is replaced after one drink, so a 1200-count carton covers 1200 servings before reordering.

What limit appears first when these sleeves are used continuously during a busy shift?

The 1200-per-carton quantity is the practical limit; once the carton is empty you must restock before the next rush.
