Disposable cotton dust mop head

The Boardwalk BWK1618 is a single-use cotton mop head measuring 18 inches wide by 5 inches deep. Four-ply pretreated yarns attract and hold dust without scattering. A slot-pocket backing allows quick attachment to a compatible frame. Sewn centre fringe extends floor coverage on each pass.

Suited for light commercial dusting.

This head is built for dry dust control in offices, schools and retail aisles. The disposable design removes the need for laundering. Buyers who need a washable, reusable mop for wet cleaning or spill pickup should choose a different product. Frames and handles are not included and must be sourced separately.

Slot-pocket backing for frame attachment

The integrated slot pocket is the only mounting method on this model. It fits standard dust-mop frames that accept a pocket-style head. Verify your existing frame uses the same pocket system before purchase. No clips, ties or hook-and-loop fasteners are provided.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy a separate handle or frame to use the BWK1618 mop head?

Yes, the handle and frame are sold separately, so you must supply your own compatible hardware to attach the 18-inch wide head.

Will the slot pocket backing on this 18-inch head fit the older clamp-style frame I already own?

The slot pocket design slides onto frames built for that style; it will not lock onto a clamp-only frame without an adapter.

How can I confirm the four-ply cotton yarns are sweeping correctly after I mount the head?

Push the mop across a dusty floor; the sewn centre fringe should leave a clean swath with no loose strands trailing behind.
