Professional Wet Mop Heads for Commercial Floor Care

This 12-pack of Boardwalk BWK432C wet mop heads delivers 32 oz of four-ply premium cotton yarn per head. The looped-end design minimizes lint, fraying and unraveling during general cleaning or floor finishing tasks. Heavy-duty polyester tape headbands measure 1.25 inches and feature double-sewn tailbands that prevent tangles. Each white mop head is built for durability across repeated commercial use.

Upgrade from Cut-End or Single-Ply Mops

Switching to these looped-end, four-ply heads is worth it when cut-end mops leave excess lint or fray too quickly on large floor areas. The premium yarn construction reduces unraveling and extends service life compared to standard single-ply alternatives. Buyers who need rayon for heavy-duty stripping or finishing should select a different fibre, as these heads are natural cotton only.

Simple Clamp-Style Installation

Each head slides onto a clamp-style mop handle sold separately, with the 1.25-inch headband securing firmly under the clamp. The double-sewn tailband keeps yarn strands aligned to prevent tangling during attachment and use. Ensure the handle clamp mechanism functions cleanly, as worn clamps can slip on the polyester tape headband and reduce floor coverage per stroke.

Questions about this item

What clamp-style mop handle headband size does the 1.25" tape headband on these BWK432C mop heads require?

The 1.25" heavy-duty polyester tape headband is designed for standard clamp-style mop handles that accept a 1.25" headband.

How do I attach the BWK432C mop head to a clamp-style handle without causing tangles?

Open the clamp, slide the 1.25" headband fully into the jaws, and tighten securely; the double-sewn tailband keeps the looped-end yarn from tangling during use.

When should I replace the cotton mop heads in this 12-pack?

Replace a head when the four-ply cotton yarn shows excessive fraying, matting, or no longer releases dirt during rinsing.
