High-Traffic Floor Polish

Boardwalk BWK4404FEA is a liquid floor finish and sealant formulated for high-traffic commercial areas. It creates a durable gloss that resists scuffs and heel marks on compatible hard surfaces. The unscented formula dries in 30 minutes and covers up to 2000 sq. ft. per gallon. It is designed for professional cleaning and maintenance programs.

Surface Compatibility Check

Verify that the flooring is asphalt tile, interior rubber, no-wax vinyl, sealed concrete, terrazzo, vinyl or vinyl composition before applying. This product must not be used on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile or newer no-wax vinyl floors. Confirm the surface material matches the approved list to avoid damage or adhesion failure.

Replaces Wax-Based Finishes

This polymer-based sealant upgrades from traditional wax finishes that require frequent buffing and reapplication. The jump is worth it when maintenance teams need faster turnaround, as the 30-minute dry time cuts labor hours significantly. It also eliminates the yellowing and buildup common with older acrylic or wax coatings on approved resilient flooring.
