60-inch yellow aluminum mop handle

The Boardwalk BWK610 is a vinyl-covered aluminum handle that measures 60 inches and comes in yellow. It uses plastic jaws to grip a 5-inch wide headband mop head securely. The lightweight metal shaft resists corrosion in wet environments. This handle is built for daily commercial cleaning tasks.

Janitorial staff and facility managers

Cleaning crews who need a long-reach handle for wide mop heads will find the 60-inch length and 5-inch jaw capacity suitable. Buyers who want more storage convenience should look elsewhere because the one-piece design does not collapse or break down. Users requiring a different head attachment style, such as a screw clamp or quick-release lever, will need another model.

5-inch wide plastic jaw clamp

The defining specification is the plastic jaw mechanism engineered specifically for 5-inch wide headband mop heads. This clamp style locks the mop fabric in place without tools or extra hardware. If your mop heads use a different width or a pocket, strap, or screw-on fitting, this handle will not hold them.

Questions about this item

Will the 60-inch aluminum handle feel heavy or tire my arm during a full-day cleaning shift?

The handle is made from lightweight aluminum with a vinyl grip, keeping it easy to manoeuvre for extended periods.

Does the BWK610 require a specific headband width to attach securely?

Yes, the plastic jaws are designed to clamp firmly onto 5-inch wide headband mop heads.

Can I use this yellow BWK610 handle with the older cotton mop heads I already have?

It will work if your existing heads have a 5-inch wide headband; narrower or wider bands will not fit the jaws.
