Mop head pack size

The Boardwalk BWK732C is a bulk carton of twelve cotton lie-flat mop heads for commercial cleaning teams. Each head weighs 32 ounces and uses a standard 1/4" threaded bolt for quick screw-in attachment. The four-ply yarn lies flat on the floor to cover more surface per stroke.

Facility managers needing volume

This carton suits buyers who restock janitor closets on a regular schedule and want a single SKU for multiple crews. Operations that only need one or two replacement heads should look at smaller packs instead.

32 oz head weight

The 32-ounce cotton head determines how much solution the mop holds and how much floor area it can cover before wringing. Match this weight to your bucket capacity and the square footage your team cleans per shift.

Questions about this item

How often will the cotton mop head need to be replaced during regular floor cleaning?

The four-ply cotton yarn wears down with repeated laundering and heavy use; plan to swap heads when fibers no longer lie flat or absorbency drops.

What limits continuous mopping before the head must be wrung out or swapped?

The 32 oz cotton head saturates after absorbing several litres of solution, so wring it out or change heads once it stops releasing liquid cleanly.

Does the mop head generate heat, noise or draw power during all-day use?

No — it is a passive cotton mop head with no motor, electronics or power source, so it produces no heat, noise or electrical draw.
