Boardwalk 20 oz poly-lined hot cups

These disposable paper cups hold 20 oz of hot liquid and are poly-lined to resist heat and prevent leaks. They come in a white finish and are sold in cartons of 600. The cups are designed for use with matching Boardwalk lids. Offices and breakrooms stock them for everyday beverage service.

Heat resistance during continuous service

The poly lining helps the cup wall withstand prolonged contact with hot drinks without softening or leaking. In a busy breakroom the cups maintain integrity across repeated pours throughout the day. The paper structure stays rigid enough for comfortable handling. Leak resistance remains consistent from the first cup to the last in the carton.

Practical limits of the paper cup format

The 20 oz capacity sets the maximum volume for a single serving and the paper construction means the cups are single-use only. They are not suitable for microwave reheating or for cold beverages that cause condensation buildup. Compatibility is limited to Boardwalk-branded lids for a secure fit. Storage space must accommodate the full 600-count carton.

Questions about this item

Will the poly lining on these 20 oz cups hold up through a full shift of hot coffee without softening?

The cups are poly-lined to help resist heat and prevent leaks, so they stay rigid during extended use with hot beverages.

Which lids are required for these Boardwalk BWKWHT20HCUP cups to seal properly?

They are designed for use with Boardwalk lids made for the 20 oz size.

Can the 20 oz paper cups sit in our existing cup dispenser built for 8 oz cups?

The 20 oz capacity is larger than 8 oz, so the cups will not fit in a dispenser sized for smaller cups.
