Half-Size Deep Aluminum Pan

This half-size deep steam table pan is made of aluminum and supplied in a 100-count carton. It suits restaurants, caterers, carry-out services, and event hosts who need disposable cook-to-serve containers. The pan handles preparation, heating, refrigeration, and transport in one piece. It replaces permanent ware to reduce cleaning and improve sanitation.

128 oz interior capacity

Each pan holds 128 ounces with interior dimensions of 12.75 inches long, 10.38 inches wide, and 2.56 inches deep. The 400 gauge aluminum provides rigidity for full loads while remaining lightweight. Recycled content varies between 50 and 85 percent. Lids are sold separately and must be matched to this half-size deep format.

Drop-in steam table fit

The pan fits standard half-size deep steam table wells without tools or fasteners. Its rolled rim seats securely and supports stacked storage. Common issues include selecting the wrong lid size or confusing half-size deep with full-size or shallow variants. Verify the well dimensions and lid part number before ordering.

Questions about this item

How many servings does the 128 oz capacity actually hold in a busy service?

The 128 oz interior volume equals one gallon, so it can serve roughly sixteen 8 oz portions or ten 12 oz portions per pan.

What does the 400 gauge rating tell me about rigidity on a steam table?

A 400 gauge aluminum wall is thick enough to resist bending when full, yet light enough to stack and carry without warping under normal steam-table heat.

Will the 10.38 by 12.75 inch footprint with 2.56 inch depth fit my standard half-size well?

Yes, those dimensions match the industry half-size deep standard, so the pan drops into any compatible well and accepts the matching Boardwalk LIDSTEAMHF lid.
