Music creation via Boean App

The Boean U18 earbuds connect to the Boean app for AI music generation with built-in instruments, sound effects and customisable melody templates. Users can create, edit and share original compositions directly from the headset. This feature targets runners and gym-goers who want personalised workout soundtracks without a separate device.

Bundled fit and charging accessories

Four pairs of silicone eartips in small, medium and large sizes plus an adjustable ear hook and headband let each wearer secure a stable in-ear seal. A USB-C charging cable, cable clip and clothing clip are included for power and cable management during activity. The supplied cable is recommended for the two-hour recharge cycle.

IPX7 waterproof build with lightweight frame

The sealed shell and interior nano-coating meet IPX7 waterproofing for heavy sweat and rain exposure. At 18.5 grams the U18 adds minimal mass during extended sessions. Bluetooth 5.3 provides a stable 10 metre wireless link and automatic re-pairing after the initial connection.

Who it is not for

Buyers who need active noise cancellation or a wired fallback connection will not find those features here. The single-ear coupling design also makes this model unsuitable for users who require simultaneous dual-ear stereo monitoring.

Questions about this item

How often will the 16-hour battery need recharging if I use the earbuds daily?

The 16-hour battery provides a full day of listening for most users; a two-hour charge restores it, so daily top-ups fit easily into a nightly routine.

What limits continuous playback before I must stop and recharge?

The 16-hour rated playtime is the first limit you will hit; after that the polymer lithium cell requires a two-hour charge via the supplied USB-C cable.

How much heat or noise do the 11 mm drivers produce during an all-day session?

The 11 mm dynamic drivers run cool and silent; only the earbuds themselves warm slightly against the ear, and there is no audible fan or coil whine.
