Wall-baffle speaker with angled enclosure

The Bogen WBS8T725 is an 8-inch wall speaker pre-mounted in a simulated walnut enclosure with a black grille cloth. The 3/8-inch particle-board cabinet is corner-reinforced and angles the driver downward 13.5 degrees for directed coverage. Mounting hardware is included for direct wall installation.

Suited for distributed paging and background music

This unit serves commercial paging, announcement and low-level background-music systems where a single 4 W driver provides adequate output. It is not intended for buyers who want full-range music reproduction or higher sound-pressure levels than 4 W can deliver.

4 W RMS output power

The speaker is rated at 4 W RMS with a frequency response spanning 50 Hz to 12 kHz. This power figure determines whether the unit can meet the required coverage area and volume level for the intended installation.

Questions about this item

Will the 8" cone driver in this WBS8T725 integrate cleanly with my existing amplifier?

The speaker presents an 8 ohm load and handles 4 W RMS, so any amplifier rated for that impedance and power range will drive it properly.

How can I verify the WBS8T725 is performing correctly after mounting it on the wall?

Play programme material and confirm clear output from 50 Hz to 12 kHz with no distortion at normal listening levels; the angled baffle should direct sound downward toward the listening area.

What does the box contain and is any extra hardware needed for installation?

The package includes the WBS8T725 speaker and mounting hardware; no additional parts are required for standard wall mounting.
