Portable Bluetooth 5.0 speaker with lantern light

The BolaButty L12 TORCH LIGHT is a new portable speaker designed for outdoor gatherings. It combines 360-degree audio with integrated LED lighting effects. The unit suits users who want music and ambient illumination for patio, yard, pool or camping settings without needing a Wi-Fi network.

Multi-speaker Bluetooth mesh sync up to 100 units

The defining specification is the ability to wirelessly link up to 100 identical speakers in a Bluetooth mesh. Any paired unit can act as the primary controller, and the system automatically re-establishes synchronisation after standby. This mesh topology delivers stable, wide-area coverage for large events.

9-inch woofer in 6.0 by 9.0 by 9.0 inch passive

The speaker houses a 9-inch woofer in a passive 5.1 configuration measuring 6.0 in x 9.0 in x 9.0 in. It runs on Bluetooth 5.0 with a 100-foot operating range and requires a paired smartphone or tablet as the audio source. An IPX5 rating protects against water jets during outdoor use.

Questions about this item

How does the 360-degree sound projection work when the speaker is placed on a patio?

The lantern-style housing radiates audio in every direction so listeners around the perimeter hear the same balanced output without aiming the unit.

What does Bluetooth 5.0 limit in a real outdoor setup?

The 100-foot operating range and mesh pairing of up to 100 units are the practical caps; walls or heavy foliage will reduce the reliable distance.

What clearance does the 9-inch woofer enclosure need for stable placement?

The 6.0 by 9.0 by 9.0 inch footprint fits on a flat table, deck rail or ground surface with a few inches of air space around the base for the passive radiator to breathe.
