8-Channel Mixer for Small Venues

The BOMGE 8-channel audio mixer provides six mono inputs with XLR and 6.35 mm connections, plus one stereo and USB/Bluetooth input. Six channels supply 48 V phantom power for condenser microphones. Built-in 24 DSP effects cover voice changing, delay and echo options. Bluetooth streaming and USB recording suit small clubs, bars and studio sessions.

Installation and Common Issues

Power comes from a 5 V DC source such as a computer USB port, power bank or adapter, so no mains lead is required. Connections use XLR, 6.35 mm and RCA jacks; match each source to the correct socket to avoid hum. The compact 6.7 x 24.2 x 33.9 cm chassis fits tight spaces but leaves little room for cable routing behind the unit.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Solo performers, podcasters and small-venue operators needing six mic preamps with phantom power and wireless playback will find the feature set practical. Buyers requiring more than eight channels, motorised faders or multi-track USB recording should consider larger consoles. Those needing 99 DSP presets or metal construction instead of ABS will not be served by this model.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the mixer is operating correctly after connecting microphones and enabling phantom power?

Power the unit via the 5 V USB supply, engage the 48 V phantom power for the six XLR channels, then confirm signal presence on each channel meter and listen for clean audio through the main RCA or 6.35 mm outputs.

What accessories are included in the box and which cables or power sources must be purchased separately?

The mixer ships with the console only; you will need to provide a 5 V USB power adapter or power bank, XLR or 6.35 mm cables for microphones, and RCA leads for speaker or recorder connections.

Which version should I choose if I need the most DSP effects and phantom-powered channels?

This 8-channel BLACK model provides 24 built-in DSP effects and six 48 V phantom power inputs, the highest counts among the listed BOMGE mixers.
