12 in 1 USB C Hub Grey
The BONAEVER 12 in 1 USB C Hub Grey is a new aluminium adapter that expands a single USB Type-C port into twelve connections. It provides one 3.5 mm audio jack, one SD card slot, one micro SD card slot, one gigabit Ethernet port, one USB Type-C data port, three USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI port, one VGA port and one USB Type-C Power Delivery interface. The hub works with MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Dell, Lenovo, HP and other USB-C laptops.
Triple display limits and Mac constraint
Windows users can run mirror mode or MST expansion mode across the HDMI and VGA outputs for three independent screens. On macOS the multi screen technology is not supported, so all external displays show the same mirrored image. Buyers who need independent displays on a Mac cannot use this hub for that purpose. The Gigabit Ethernet port delivers up to 1000 Mbps wired bandwidth, which is faster and more stable than a wireless connection for home or small office use.
USB 3.0 5 Gbps data and dual card slots
The three USB 3.0 ports and the SD and micro SD slots share a 5 Gbps transfer rate, allowing quick file moves and simultaneous reading of both memory cards. This speed is the single specification that decides whether the hub matches your peripheral performance needs.

Questions about this item
Does the 3.5 mm audio jack or the SD card slot wear out first with daily use?
The aluminium housing has no moving parts, so neither the 3.5 mm jack nor the SD slot has a rated cycle count; normal insertions will not degrade them within typical ownership.
What limits the gigabit Ethernet port during a continuous 1000 Mbps transfer?
Sustained line-rate traffic is constrained by the host USB 3.0 link and the hub’s internal controller, so the practical ceiling appears before the port’s own 1000 Mbps rating.
How hot does the aluminium case get when all three USB 3.0 ports and the PD charger run all day?
The metal body acts as a passive heatsink; under full 5 Gbps data load plus PD pass-through it reaches warm-but-safe temperatures without throttling.
