12-Rib Windproof Travel Umbrella

The BONAEVER umbrella uses twelve fiberglass and stainless-steel ribs to resist strong gusts without inverting. A 210T micro-weave canopy with a Teflon coating repels water, resists mould and dries quickly. An automatic open-close button allows one-handed operation. A leather cover is included for storage.

Commuters and Travellers Needing Compact Rain

The lightweight frame and included cover suit daily carry in a bag or briefcase. The lengthened rubber handle with a braided wrist strap gives a secure grip in wet conditions. Buyers who want a larger canopy for multiple people or a manual frame without automatic mechanics should look at other designs.

Sustained Wet-Weather Use

The Teflon-coated fabric sheds water continuously during prolonged rain, preventing saturation and keeping weight low. Fibreglass ribs flex repeatedly under steady wind pressure without permanent deformation. The mould-resistant canopy remains odour-free after repeated wet-and-dry cycles. The auto mechanism is rated for repeated daily actuation.

Questions about this item

Does the umbrella need any extra parts to operate the auto open close button?

No, the auto open close mechanism is built into the 12-rib frame and works straight out of the box.

Will the 12 fiberglass and stainless steel ribs fit in the same bag as my old 10-rib umbrella?

Yes, the compact design folds to a similar length so it stores alongside older models without taking extra space.

How can I confirm the 210T Teflon canopy is repelling water correctly after first use?

Water should bead and roll off immediately; the fabric dries quickly and shows no wet patches when shaken.
