Target devices and purpose

This protective case is made for Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 1, 2 and 3 models released in 2020, 2022 and 2023 with model numbers 1943 and 2013. It combines a hard plastic frame, PC inner shell and soft silicone layer to shield the 12.4 inch device from drops, scratches and dust. A built-in kickstand provides two viewing or typing angles and a dedicated slot holds a stylus.

Who it fits and who it does not

The case suits owners of the three listed Surface Laptop Go generations who want full-body protection, a fold-out stand and a pen holder in a single black cover. Buyers with any other Surface model, a different 12.4 inch laptop or a device lacking the exact cutout layout should look elsewhere because the case is not compatible with other series.

Deciding specification

The only factor that determines fit is the laptop model number: it must be 1943 or 2013 corresponding to the 12.4 inch Surface Laptop Go 1, 2 or 3. If your device carries a different model number this case will not align with ports, camera or Touch ID and cannot be used.
