Universal Hard-Drive Dock
This USB 2.0 docking station accepts one 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA drive up to 8TB and one IDE drive up to 1TB simultaneously. Adjustable IDE connectors ensure a secure fit for older drives. A built-in all-in-one card reader handles XD, TF, MS, CF and SD cards up to 64GB, reading one card at a time.
Suited for Legacy Drive Access
The dock serves users who need to retrieve data from mixed SATA and IDE hard drives or memory cards through a single USB 2.0 connection. It is not for anyone requiring USB 3.0 or faster transfer speeds, simultaneous multi-card reading, or native macOS support for the one-touch backup software.
Capacity and Transfer Limits
SATA drives up to 8TB and IDE drives up to 1TB are supported within the USB 2.0 interface ceiling of 480MB/s. The card reader tops out at 64GB per card. Performance will bottleneck at the USB 2.0 link, so large-volume transfers take longer than on modern interfaces.
