BONAEVER DisplayPort KVM Switch 2 Port

This DisplayPort KVM switch lets two computers share one monitor and three USB peripherals. It supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz and 2K resolution at 120 Hz using DisplayPort 1.2 technology. Imported chips provide broad compatibility and stable operation without an external power supply for typical use.

Suits dual-PC workstations needing single-monitor

Ideal for users who switch between two computers at one desk while keeping a keyboard, mouse and printer connected. Not suited for setups requiring 144 Hz refresh rates or configurations that need more than two computer inputs. Buyers needing additional video outputs or higher refresh support should look elsewhere.

Handles 4K 60 Hz and 2K 120 Hz signals comfortably

The switch passes 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and 2560 x 1440 at 120 Hz with HDR10 colour. It runs out of headroom at 144 Hz, which is not supported. Long cable runs or high-power USB devices may require the optional USB power cable that is included in the package.

Questions about this item

What cables must I already have to connect two computers and one monitor to this KVM switch?

You need two DisplayPort cables from each computer to the switch inputs and one DisplayPort cable from the switch output to the monitor; the supplier recommends DP 1.4 cables to avoid flicker at 3840 x 2160 @60 Hz.

Will my existing 2560 x 1440 monitor running at 120 Hz work through this switch?

Yes, the switch supports 2560 x 1440 at 120 Hz, so a monitor with that resolution and refresh rate will operate normally.

How can I verify the switch is delivering 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz after setup?

Check the monitor on-screen display or the computer display settings to confirm the active resolution is 3840 x 2160 and the refresh rate reads 60 Hz.
