QuietComfort 2nd Gen Over-Ear

These wireless headphones combine active noise cancellation with Bose TrueSpatial Technology for immersive audio. They connect via Bluetooth and offer USB-C lossless playback. The Dewdrop Mint finish distinguishes this colourway from standard options.

Sustained noise-cancelling performance

Up to 24 hours of play time is available with full noise cancelling engaged. When TrueSpatial Immersive Audio is active, operating time reduces to 18 hours. A complete recharge takes 3 hours via the USB-C port.

Upgrades from earlier QuietComfort models

The wider headband and pill-shaped earcups improve comfort over the previous generation. New modes add Cinema and Immersion settings alongside Quiet and Aware. Buyers who need multipoint Bluetooth or longer battery without ANC will not find those features here.

Questions about this item

How much heat or battery drain do I get when wearing these over-ear headphones all day with noise cancelling on?

They run up to 24 hours on a single charge with full noise cancelling engaged and take 3 hours to fully recharge via USB-C.

What device must I already own to use the lossless audio feature over USB-C?

A source with a USB-C port that supports digital audio output, such as a recent laptop, phone or tablet.

Will the included 3.5 mm-to-USB-C cable let me plug these into my older 3.5 mm headphone jack?

No — the supplied cable connects the headphones' USB-C port to a USB-C source; a separate 3.5 mm-to-3.5 mm cable would be needed for a classic headphone jack.
