Burgundy Task Chair with Adjustable Arms

The BOSS B316-BY is a burgundy fabric task chair built for office workstations. It features a thick padded seat and back with integrated lumbar support to promote healthy posture during long sessions. Height-adjustable arms and a pneumatic gas lift let each user set the seat height and arm position to match their desk. A five-star nylon base with hooded double-wheel casters provides stable mobility on hard floors or low-pile carpet.

Suited for solo desk users who need lumbar support

Workers who require a mesh back for airflow, a headrest, or a synchronous tilt mechanism will not find those features here. The chair also does not serve environments that demand a heavy-duty weight rating or a specific seat-depth range beyond the adjustable back depth. Buyers needing a conference-style aesthetic or a stool-height cylinder should consider other categories.

MAS Green Certified low-emitting materials

The chair carries a MAS Green Certificate of Compliance dated 7/19/2024, confirming low chemical emissions for indoor air quality. This certification is the decisive specification for facilities managers and health-conscious buyers who must meet green-purchasing policies. If your project requires documented low-VOC furniture, this model satisfies that requirement.

Questions about this item

Will the pneumatic gas-lift height range on the B316-BY let me match my fixed-height desk?

The pneumatic gas lift adjusts seat height so you can align the chair with your existing desk surface without replacing the desk.

How do I verify the lumbar support and adjustable back depth are set correctly after assembly?

Sit fully back; the built-in lumbar curve should contact your lower back and the back-depth knob should let the backrest move until pressure feels even across your spine.

Does the B316-BY ship with the five-star nylon base, hooded double-wheel casters and height-adjustable arms already attached?

The chair arrives in parts; you must assemble the base, casters, gas lift, seat, backrest and adjustable arms using the included hardware.
