Mesh Office Chair with Ribbed Lumbar Support

The BOSS Office Products B6756-BK is a high-back mesh chair designed for daily desk work. Its ribbed backrest incorporates integrated lumbar support to promote posture during long sessions. A 4-inch padded mesh seat provides cushioning without retaining heat. The chair supports users up to 250 lbs and arrives new with a six-year limited warranty.

Spring-Tilt Mechanism and Loop Arms

The spring-tilt mechanism offers adjustable tension control and an upright lock for fixed positioning. A pneumatic gas lift adjusts seat height between 19 and 22 inches. Fixed loop arms sit at a height of 26 to 29 inches from the floor. The gun-metal finished base carries hooded double-wheel casters and the chair weighs 37 lbs overall.

Fixed Armrests and Single-Lock Tilt

The loop arms cannot be raised, lowered or pivoted, which may limit keyboard-tray clearance or personal fit preferences. The tilt mechanism locks only in the upright position, so reclined angles cannot be secured for reading or phone calls. Seat depth is fixed at 20 inches and the backrest height cannot be adjusted independently.

Questions about this item

Does the spring-tilt mechanism lock the B6756-BK upright?

Yes, the chair has an upright locking position so the back stays vertical when you want it to.

What floor space does the gun-metal base with hooded casters need?

The overall footprint is 29 in. wide by 25 in. deep, so allow at least that much clear area.

How do you set the tilt tension so the chair doesn't rock too easily?

Turn the tension knob under the seat clockwise until the resistance matches your weight; the gas lift only changes height.
