Mesh Guest Chair with Fixed Arms

The BOSS Office Products B6889-BK is a mesh guest chair finished in black with a steel tubular frame and plastic floor guides. It features a breathable mesh back and an upholstered seat set at a fixed height. Fixed arms and a four-leg base provide stable support for visitors or side seating. The chair supports users up to 275 lb.

Suits Reception and Meeting Areas

This chair fits waiting rooms, conference spaces or home offices that need simple, stackable seating without adjustment mechanisms. The fixed height and lack of pneumatic lift mean it cannot adapt to different desk heights or user preferences. Buyers who need seat-height adjustment, tilt tension or a pneumatic gas lift should look at a different model.

275 lb Weight Capacity Decides Fit

The 275 lb weight capacity is the key figure for deciding if this chair meets your requirements. The steel tubular frame and fixed-arm construction are rated for this limit. Confirm that every intended user falls within this capacity before purchasing.

Questions about this item

What does the 275 lb weight capacity mean for daily use?

The frame and mesh back are tested to support a person weighing up to 275 lb; exceeding that limit risks structural failure.

How does the fixed-height design work at a standard desk?

The seat height is set at the factory with no pneumatic lift; it aligns with typical desk heights but cannot be raised or lowered.

What does the four-leg tubular steel base provide?

The black steel frame uses plastic floor guides instead of casters, letting the chair slide smoothly on carpet or hard floors without rolling away.
