  • 1 inch thick melamine top resists scratches
  • Full modesty panel adds privacy coverage
  • Leveling glides keep surface stable on uneven floors

Reversible Bridge for Desk Shells

The N197-DW is a 42 inch bridge in Driftwood finish that connects to a compatible desk shell to form a larger workstation. It is not a freestanding desk and must be secured to a matching shell sold separately. Thermal fused melamine with 3 mm PVC edge banding provides a durable, scratch resistant surface. Leveling glides keep the unit stable on uneven floors.

Suited For

This bridge suits buyers extending an existing BOSS desk shell with a reversible return that can be configured left or right. The full length modesty panel adds privacy for seated work. Three inch round grommets on every surface accept optional BOSS power grommets for cable routing. Cam lock construction allows straightforward assembly without specialised tools.

Not Suited For

Buyers who need a complete desk without purchasing additional components should look elsewhere because this unit cannot stand alone. Shoppers requiring a different width, depth or finish cannot use this model as the dimensions and Driftwood colour are fixed. Anyone wanting integrated power outlets must buy the compatible grommets separately as they are not included.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the N197-DW desk bridge is level after assembly?

Use the built-in leveling glides on each corner; adjust them until the 1-inch thick tabletop sits evenly on uneven floors, then check alignment with the full-length modesty panel.

What comes with the N197-DW bridge and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the 42-inch driftwood bridge with cam-lock hardware, three-inch round cable grommets and modesty panel; a desk shell and BOSS power grommets are sold separately.

Which size bridge should I choose for my setup?

The N197-DW is offered in a single 42-inch width by 24-inch depth with a 29.5-inch height; select it when your desk shell matches those dimensions.
