No-Jam Premium Desktop Stapler

The Bostitch No-Jam Premium Desktop Stapler is a full-strip manual stapler built for everyday office and classroom use. Its No-Jam technology keeps stapling smooth and efficient, while the Dual Clinch system lets you choose between standard and temporary clinching. The unit opens for bulletin-board tacking and includes 1,250 standard staples to get started immediately.

Upgrade from basic staplers

A basic desktop stapler that jams frequently or only offers one clinch style is what this model replaces. The jump is worth it when you need reliable, jam-free operation on up to 25 sheets and the flexibility to switch between permanent and temporary fastening without changing tools. It also suits users who want a stapler that doubles as a tacker for bulletin boards.

Sustained use behaviour

The all-metal construction withstands repeated daily stapling without the plastic fatigue that causes misfeeds in lighter models. During extended sessions the manual mechanism delivers consistent force across the full 25-sheet capacity, and the included staple supply supports high-volume work without frequent reloading. The 1-year parts and labour coverage reflects the manufacturer’s confidence in long-term durability.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 6.8-inch length and 1.9-inch width require?

The stapler measures 6.8 inches long by 1.9 inches wide, fitting easily on most desktop surfaces without crowding other supplies.

What is the correct way to load the included 1,250 staples so the No-Jam mechanism works?

Open the top latch, slide the full strip of 1,250 staples into the channel with legs facing down, then close firmly until it clicks.

When should the metal clinch mechanism be checked after heavy daily use?

Inspect the Dual Clinch system annually; the metal construction is rated for high volume but worn parts can cause misformed staples.
