Noise cancellation, microphones and battery

Proprietary active noise cancellation blocks unwanted external sound during playback. Two adjustable external microphones enhance voice clarity for calls. The battery provides 30 hours of use from a 2-hour charge, and a 15-minute quick charge adds 7 hours of listening time.

App control and comfort materials

The B&W Music App for iOS and Android handles setup, EQ adjustments, ANC mode switching and voice control activation. Soft Nappa leather and lightweight aluminium arms are shaped to fit a range of head shapes comfortably during extended sessions.

Questions about this item

How do I pair the Px8 headphones with my phone and what step is often missed?

Download the Bowers & Wilkins Music App on iOS or Android, then follow the in-app pairing flow; the step many skip is selecting the ANC mode and EQ preset before first use.

Which parts of the Px8 will need replacement after extended use?

The Nappa leather ear cushions and headband pad are the wear items; they can be swapped for fresh pads when the leather shows creasing or loss of seal.

What limits continuous high-volume listening on the Px8?

The 30-hour battery is the first limit; after that a 2-hour recharge or a 15-minute quick charge for 7 hours is required before playback can continue.
