Who this suits and who should look elsewhere
This module suits owners of a Mitsubishi EX100 projector who need a direct-fit 250W P-VIP replacement without extra assembly. Buyers whose projector uses a different lamp type, wattage, or housing format should look elsewhere.
Deciding specification: 250W P-VIP bulb
The lamp uses a 250W P-VIP bulb rated for 2000 hours in normal mode and 3000 hours in economy mode. Matching this wattage and lamp technology to the projector's requirements is the single factor that determines compatibility.

Questions about this item
Does the EX100 lamp module include the housing so it fits directly into a Mitsubishi projector?
Yes, the unit ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing matched to the Mitsubishi VLT-EX100LP design, so it seats in the projector without extra parts.
What is the correct installation step that users often skip after fitting the new 250 W P-VIP lamp?
Reset the projector’s lamp-hour counter through the on-screen menu immediately after installation; otherwise the unit will not track the 2,000-hour normal or 3,000-hour economy life correctly.
When should I plan to replace the lamp based on the rated 2,000 normal and 3,000 economy hours?
Monitor the on-screen timer and order a replacement when you approach 2,000 hours in normal mode or 3,000 hours in economy mode to avoid unexpected dimming.
