Mitsubishi HC8000-BL compatible lamp

This replacement lamp module fits Mitsubishi projectors that use the VLT-HC7800LP assembly. It arrives with a new 240 W Philips P-VIP bulb already mounted in the housing for direct installation. The unit is aimed at home-cinema owners and installers who need a ready-to-fit light source without separate bulb handling.

Check projector model and lamp hour counter

Verify that your projector lists the VLT-HC7800LP or HC8000-BL as the correct lamp code before ordering. Confirm the existing lamp hour counter can be reset after installation so the new 2,000-hour normal or 5,000-hour economy ratings are tracked accurately. Ensure the projector’s power supply and cooling system are functioning normally to support the 240 W lamp.

Replaces the original VLT-HC7800LP module

This module replaces the factory lamp assembly when brightness has faded or the hour limit is reached. The jump is worth it when the current lamp has passed 2,000 hours in normal mode or 5,000 hours in economy mode and image quality has dropped. It restores factory-spec output without requiring a bare-bulb swap.
