Brady 45381 Evacuation Map Holder

The Brady 45381 is a wall-mounted acrylic holder designed to display evacuation maps in commercial and institutional buildings. It suits facility managers and safety officers who need a dedicated, visible location for emergency route diagrams.

Sustained visibility in fixed locations

The acrylic construction resists yellowing and cracking under continuous indoor lighting and typical temperature ranges. The blue and white colour scheme maintains contrast for map readability over long periods without fading or warping.

Simple screw mounting on flat surfaces

Installation requires drilling pilot holes and securing the frame with screws suited to the wall material. The rigid acrylic can crack if over-tightened or struck during fitting, so even pressure and proper hardware prevent damage.

Questions about this item

Does the 15 x 11 in acrylic holder generate any heat or noise when mounted continuously?

The acrylic map holder is a passive display accessory with no electrical components, so it produces no heat, noise, or power draw during continuous use.

What mounting hardware or wall surface do I need to install the 45381 holder?

The unit includes pre-drilled mounting holes; you supply screws or anchors suited to your wall material such as drywall, concrete, or wood studs.

Will the 15 7/8 in by 11 7/8 in frame cover the same footprint as my older 11 x 15 in evacuation maps?

Yes, the holder's overall dimensions match standard 11 x 15 in maps, so existing map sheets fit without trimming or leaving gaps.
