The Braeburn 7320 connects residential and commercial HVAC systems to a local WiFi network for remote monitoring and adjustment. It operates on standard low voltage power between 18 and 30VAC. The SpeedBar multi-function button accelerates programming and on-the-fly setting changes without navigating deep menus.

Two Cool Three Heat Staging

This thermostat manages up to two cooling stages and three heating stages, covering conventional multi-stage heat pumps and gas-electric systems. It stops short of modulating or variable-capacity equipment that demands finer staging control. Bluelink wireless sensors can be added for indoor, outdoor or humidity readings to refine comfort decisions.

Upgrade From Basic Non-Connected Controls

Replaces single-stage or non-programmable thermostats that lack remote access and multi-stage support. The jump is worthwhile when the HVAC equipment already uses two cool or three heat stages but the existing control cannot exploit them. It does not suit line voltage baseboard heaters or millivolt systems.
