Compact Tactical Pen Light

The BRILLIRARE PL804-B is a pocket-sized tactical flashlight built for everyday carry, outdoor activities and professional inspection work. It runs on a single AA battery that is not included with the unit. The aluminium body measures 3.7 by .8 by .8 inches and weighs 1.06 ounces. A tail-click switch provides instant on/off control for single-handed operation.

Simple Battery Installation

Insert one AA cell with the positive end toward the head and tighten the tail cap until the O-ring seats. The threads are cut directly into the military-grade aluminium so cross-threading is rare if you start by hand. The only common issue is forgetting that the battery ships separately, which leaves the light dead on arrival until a cell is sourced.

Sustained Output Behaviour

The 5th-generation LED and premium optical reflector maintain a steady beam rather than spiking then fading. The upgraded intelligent chip regulates current to prevent over-heat during extended runs. IPX6-rated seals keep water out in heavy rain, and the thickened light cup helps dissipate heat so brightness stays consistent over long periods.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the flashlight is working correctly after inserting the battery?

Press the tail-click switch; the 5th LED should emit a high-lumen beam that fills a room, and the light should stay steady without flickering or overheating.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The package includes the PL804-B flashlight, a hand strap and a key ring; one AA alkaline battery is not included and must be bought separately.

Which version of the PL804-B should I choose for the brightest output?

The PL804-B is offered as a single black model with the latest 5th LED and premium optical reflector, so there is only one version to select.
