Managed 48-port gigabit PoE switch with 32K MAC table, static routing and optional 1+1 power redundancy
The Brocade ICX7450-48P is a managed stackable switch with 48 RJ45 ports running at 10/100/1000Mbps. It supports IEEE 802.3af PoE and operates at 106 watts. A 32K MAC address table, jumbo frames up to 9216 bytes, VLANs, QoS, LACP and port mirroring are included. Optional 1+1 power redundancy is available with a second hot-plug supply.
Network teams that need Layer 2 and basic Layer 3 features such as static IPv4 and IPv6 routing, IGMP and MLD snooping will find the feature set adequate. It is not for buyers who require 10GbE or faster uplinks, dynamic routing protocols, or high-density fibre connectivity. Environments needing advanced data-centre fabrics or deep routing tables should look elsewhere.
The single specification that determines suitability is the complement of 48 copper ports with PoE support. If the design calls for that exact port count and power delivery on twisted pair, this switch matches. If the project needs SFP+ uplinks, higher port speeds or a different PoE budget, another model is required.

The switch ships with zero installed power supplies and accepts up to two hot-plug internal units for 1+1 redundancy.
Yes, each port auto-negotiates down to 10 or 100Mbps while maintaining IEEE 802.3af PoE on all 48 ports.
Check the 32K MAC address table via CLI or SNMP, confirm port LEDs show link and PoE status, and monitor the 106W operational draw.
