Enterprise monochrome all-in-one

The Brother MFC-EX915DW is a laser multifunction device built for busy offices that print, copy, fax and scan in monochrome. It produces up to 52 pages per minute and handles paper sizes up to 8.5 by 14 inches. A 520-sheet main tray plus a 100-sheet multipurpose tray reduce refill frequency for high-volume teams.

Sustained high-volume operation

A 25,000-page starter toner cartridge and the TNE90 max-yield replacement rated for 25,000 pages keep running costs low during continuous use. Triple-layer security features protect the network, the device and documents in transit. An integrated NFC card reader enables badge authentication without interrupting long print runs.

Replaces slower or less secure fleet units

Offices moving up from devices with smaller paper capacity or higher per-page costs gain a 520-sheet tray, 250-sheet output capacity and included high-yield toner. The jump is worthwhile when daily volumes justify the faster engine and integrated security. Buyers needing colour output or a smaller desktop footprint should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How loud is the MFC-EX915DW when printing at 52 ppm all day?

The printer weighs 52.3 lbs and measures 22.8 by 24.7 by 23.1 inches, a substantial frame that helps dampen vibration during continuous 52 ppm output.

What network connection must the office already have for the MFC-EX915DW to operate?

The unit requires a wired Ethernet link to the LAN for printing, scanning and fax functions; the integrated NFC card reader then authenticates users against that network.

Will the 520-sheet tray and 100-sheet multipurpose feeder accept the same 8.5 x 14 inch legal paper my older copier uses?

Yes, both trays support the maximum 8.5 by 14 inch size, so existing legal stock feeds directly without reloading or adjustment.
