Questions about this item

What is the maximum embroidery area of the 4" x 4" field?

The machine embroiders within a 4-inch by 4-inch hoop, so designs larger than that must be split or re-hooped.

What hoop hardware is required to mount fabric in the 4" x 4" field?

A standard 4-inch by 4-inch embroidery hoop attaches to the machine arm; the hoop is included with the unit.

How do I import extra designs through the USB port, and what format must they be in?

Insert a USB drive with .pes files, select the design on the touchscreen, and save it to the built-in memory before starting.
