The Brute Networks PAN-SFP-LX is a 1000BASE-LX SFP transceiver module built for single-mode fibre links up to 10km. It operates at a 1310nm wavelength and uses an LC duplex connector for direct attachment to compatible router, switch or server ports. The module is coded for full Palo Alto Networks compatibility and meets MSA standards for multi-vendor interoperability.

Commercial temperature range and low power operation

Rated for 0 to 70 Celsius, the transceiver runs within commercial temperature limits without additional cooling. Digital diagnostic monitoring is supported, allowing real-time observation of temperature, voltage and optical power levels. Power consumption stays low, typical for 1 Gbps SFP optics, so it adds minimal load to the host chassis power budget.

MSA compliant build with lifetime guarantee

The housing follows the SFP multi-source agreement form factor, ensuring mechanical fit in any standard SFP cage.
