A 2-port USB 2.0 KVM switch lets two computers share one 4K 60 Hz monitor, keyboard, mouse and four USB peripherals with push-button switching
The BUCIER KVM switch lets two computers share one HDMI monitor, a keyboard, a mouse and up to four USB 2.0 peripherals. It handles video up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz with YUV 4:4:4 chroma sampling, plus lower resolutions such as 2560×1440@60 Hz and 1920×1080@60 Hz. A front-panel button toggles the active system instantly. No hot-key switching is provided.
A Micro USB power lead must be connected before attaching USB devices other than a keyboard or mouse, ensuring stable operation during long sessions. The switch draws power from any USB charger or computer port, so it does not rely on the host systems for peripheral current. EDID adaptation maintains a consistent handshake when inputs are swapped repeatedly. Video timing remains steady at the selected resolution without re-negotiation delays.
Two integrated USB cables and one HDMI cable connect the host computers directly to the box, reducing cable clutter. Four USB 2.0 ports on the front provide up to 480 Mbps each for printers, storage drives or webcams shared between the two systems. The button is the sole switching method, so users who prefer keyboard shortcuts will need a different solution. Mechanical and wireless multimedia keyboards are supported without extra drivers.
