Cable Length 2m

  • 20Gbps data speed moves large files fast
  • 240W PD 3.1 charging powers demanding devices
  • 90-degree connector reduces strain in tight spaces
  • Ultra 4K at 60Hz via DP Alt Mode
  • Two-metre two-pack extends reach for flexible setups

90 Degree USB-C Extension Cable

This two-metre male-to-female cable extends a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connection by 20 Gbps bandwidth and up to 240 W Power Delivery. It supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode for 4K video at 60 Hz when the host port provides it. The 90-degree connector reduces strain in tight spaces. A separate male-to-male cable is required to reach the host or display.

Suits users extending a single USB-C link

Buyers who need a direct host-to-device cable without an extra male-to-male lead should look elsewhere. The pair does not replace a full-length Thunderbolt cable for daisy-chained docks or multi-monitor chains. It also cannot add video output to a USB-C port that lacks DisplayPort Alternate Mode.

Check your host port and cable plan

Verify the source port delivers DisplayPort Alternate Mode if video is required. Confirm the power adapter supports the desired PD profile up to 50 V / 5 A. Ensure you already own or will buy a compatible USB 3.2 Gen 2 male-to-male cable to complete the connection.

Questions about this item

Do I need a separate USB-C 3.2 male-to-male cable to connect this extender to my laptop and monitor?

Yes, the package contains only the 90-degree male-to-female extension cables; a USB 3.2 Gen 2 male-to-male cable is required to complete the link between host and display.

Will the cable still deliver 240 W charging if my power adapter is only 100 W?

The extender supports up to 50 V / 5 A and is backward compatible with PD 3.0, PD 2.0, QC 3.0, QC 2.0 and Samsung adaptive fast charging, so a 100 W adapter will negotiate its own maximum safely.

How can I verify the 20 Gbps data rate is active after setup?

Transfer a large file between an SSD and the host; sustained speeds approaching 20 Gbps confirm the USB 3.2 Gen 2 link is operating at full performance.
