Bi-directional DP 1.4 switch

The BUCIER E0303 routes DisplayPort 1.4 signals in either direction. Connect two sources to one monitor or one source to two monitors. Only one display shows an image at a time. The unit needs USB power to operate and weighs 0.11 kilograms.

Fits between sources and displays

Three DisplayPort ports handle the connections while a USB cable supplies power. Press the select button to change the active path; indicator lights confirm the current route. Total cable length on both sides should stay within three metres for reliable 32.4 Gbps throughput.

Replaces manual cable swapping

The switch removes the need to unplug cables when moving between a desktop and a laptop or between two screens. It supports 8K at 30 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz. The jump is worth it when you change sources or displays several times a day.

Questions about this item

What resolution drops first when I run the BUCIER E0303 at high refresh rates all day?

The switch tops out at 8K 30 Hz, 4K 120 Hz or 1080p 240 Hz; pushing beyond those rates will blank the screen.

Does the BUCIER E0303 get hot or noisy during continuous operation?

It has no fan and draws power only from the included USB cable, so it stays silent and barely warm even after hours of use.

Which cables must I already own before the BUCIER E0303 will work?

You need standard DisplayPort 1.4 cables for every source and display, plus a free USB port to power the switch.
