USB4 Thunderbolt 5 cable for power and display
This new BUCIER cable carries USB4 and Thunderbolt 5 signals between USB-C devices. It supports 240 W charging at 48 V and 5 A under USB PD 3.1, and drives a single 16K display at 60 Hz or dual 8K displays at 60 Hz. The two-metre length suits docks, hubs, laptops and external SSDs.
Sustained 80 Gbps throughput with thermal protection
The cable maintains up to 80 Gbps during long transfers rather than only in short bursts. Stable voltage delivery prevents overheating when the full 240 W load is held for extended periods. Actual speed still depends on the connected host, peripheral and cable firmware negotiation.
Check your ports and power contracts before ordering
Both ends must be USB-C sockets that negotiate USB PD 3.1 for 240 W and Thunderbolt 5 or USB4 Gen 4 for 80 Gbps. A host limited to Thunderbolt 3 or USB 3.0 will fall back to lower speeds and power. The cable does not add capabilities the ports themselves do not support.
