Buffalo Technology 3YKYD30 3 Year Express Keep Your Drive Warranty for TS5410RN2404

Warranty for TS5410RN2404

This extended service agreement adds three years of coverage to the TeraStation 5010 series TS5410RN and TS5410RN2404 units. It replaces the standard warranty with an Express Keep Your Drive plan that lets you retain failed drives while receiving replacements. The service is designed for businesses that cannot ship sensitive data off-site.

Next-business-day exchange by shipment

Support is delivered through a 24x7 phone line and a next-business-day replacement process that ships the new unit to your location. You keep the original drive, removing the need to return hardware that may contain confidential information. The contract covers both physical and electronic support channels for the full three-year term.

Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

The agreement provides round-the-clock access to technical assistance without requiring on-site visits. Power draw, thermals and noise are not applicable because this is a warranty service rather than a hardware component. Coverage is limited to Canada and the United States.
