Waist Trainer Belt 40.5 in

The Bulbhead 13135 waist trainer belt wraps the midsection to retain body heat and encourage water loss during exercise. It provides immediate abdominal compression and lumbar support through a lightweight, stretchy fabric blend. An adjustable hook-and-loop strap secures the fit for adult users.

Suited for heat-retention workouts

This belt fits exercisers who want added core warmth and compression during activities such as jogging, hiking, or gym sessions. It is not intended for buyers seeking a rigid lifting belt or a garment with built-in resistance bands. The single-layer design does not accommodate removable inserts or electronic modules.

Integrates with active wear

The 40.5 by 7.75 inch profile sits under most shirts without adding bulk, freeing the wearer to layer outer clothing. Its 88 percent nylon and 12 percent spandex outer shell stretches over base layers while the 100 percent rubber inner surface grips the skin. The 0.25 inch thickness keeps the unit slim enough for unrestricted movement during cross-training or cycling.

Questions about this item

What body measurements do I need for the 40.5 in by 7.75 in belt to fit and fasten?

Measure your waist circumference; the belt stretches to roughly 40 inches long and 8 inches wide, and the hook-and-loop strap adjusts for a secure fit.

Can I wear the 0.25 in thick rubber layer over a cotton tee without it slipping during a run?

The inner 100 percent rubber grips fabric, while the outer 88 percent nylon and 12 percent spandex shell stays smooth, so it stays in place over a shirt during jogging or cross-training.

How do I know the compression is working as intended after I put it on?

You should feel firm, even pressure across the abdomen and lower back, and notice increased warmth and sweat under the belt within the first few minutes of activity.
