Classic flame-tip bulb for mini chandeliers

The Bulbrite 861964 is a 40 watt clear incandescent lamp with a candelabra E12 base. Its CA7 flame-tip profile mimics a candle flame and the smaller diameter fits mini chandeliers and decorative fixtures in homes or commercial spaces. The bulb is dimmable on standard incandescent dimmers.

Dimmable incandescent limits

This lamp operates on 12 volt mains circuits and dims smoothly without flicker when paired with a compatible leading-edge dimmer. Incandescent technology generates noticeable heat so ensure the fixture is rated for 40 watts and allows adequate ventilation. The filament design is not suitable for enclosed fixtures that trap heat.

40 watt output decides fit

The 40 watt rating determines the light level and heat produced, so it matches fixtures labelled for that maximum. Buyers needing higher lumen output or lower energy consumption will need a different lamp technology. The E12 base restricts use to candelabra sockets only.
