Copper compression lug with two 3/8-inch stud holes on one-inch centres, black die code 13, rated to 35 kV and 194 °F
The Burndy copper compression lug accepts a single 2/0 AWG stranded copper conductor. Two mounting holes spaced 1 in centre-to-centre suit a 3/8 in stud. The straight tongue measures .83 in wide and the barrel length is 3.600 in.
This lug replaces a single-hole terminal when vibration or thermal cycling demand a second bolt. The jump is worth it when the installation must meet CSA and UL 486A-486B listings for 35 kV service.
The copper barrel and black die code 13 handle continuous operation up to 194 Degrees F at the full 35 kV rating. An inspection hole confirms full conductor insertion before the crimp is made. It is not suited for conductors larger than 2/0 AWG or for aluminium wire.
Measured against everything we stock in Wire, Cable & Wiring Supplies, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.
